Are you an Executive Assistant?

This month we spotlight the position of Executive Assistant. This position is inside the office of the CEO and reports to the Office of the CEO, and is responsible for providing a wide range of executive level and general administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Manager, Office of the CEO, and staff. The Executive Assistant provides direct support that includes: calendar management, screening calls, preparing for meetings, maintaining reference materials, and making travel arrangements. The role also interacts with various levels within the organization, including often with the other Chiefs and Leadership Team, members of the Board of Governors, trade associations, and other external constituencies.
