L.A. Care is offering an online customer service training program provided by SullivanLuallin Group as part of the Plan's commitment to improve member experience.
Training will include sessions for clinicians, managers, and staff to establish a culture of patient-centered care and exceptional service, motivating team members to go the "extra step." Effective techniques and toolkits will be shared in order to manage for the care experience.
The Fall 2023 series will focus on the foundations of providing a superb patient experience with a new training topic for leadership, clinicians, managers and staff on building an empowered care team.
