Your Medi-Cal patients can now access the searchable online version of their L.A. Care Medi-Cal Member Handbook. It has been edited and reformatted to be more accessible on digital devices, including cell phones.
Official versions of the handbook are available in digital and printed versions. Your patients can request a printed version by calling 1-888-839-9909 (TTY 711).
The Member Handbook tells your patients about their coverage under L.A. Care. It will help them to understand and use their benefits and services. It also explains their rights and responsibilities as a member of L.A. Care.
