Recognizing that healthcare is local, L.A. Care and plan partner Blue Shield Promise operate Community Resource Centers (CRCs) throughout Los Angeles County. Each center serves as a comprehensive community hub, offering a range of free classes, programs and services designed to enhance the health and well-being of everyone in the community.
The Provider Engagement Event Series, held at the CRCs, will allow you and your staff to explore our centers, learn how they can help your patients, and engage in informative evening presentations. Our events will also cover:
- Pay 4 Performance (P4P) opportunities
- Provider opportunity reports
- Health equity initiatives
- Community resources
- Meet & greet session with your account managers
- and more
Starting in October 2023, invitations to these events will be sent so that you may join us at a CRC within a 5-mile radius of your practice. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to develop stronger relationships with the providers caring for our members.
