L.A. Care Health Plan, the nation’s largest publicly operated health plan, is proud to announce that it is sponsoring the 2023 LA Pride Parade and Festival, one of the largest Pride celebrations in the country, bringing together more than 300,000 Southern California residents. Over the past 50 years, the LA Pride organization has been an active voice for the LGBTQ+ community across the Greater Los Angeles area. This year’s festivities run from Friday, June 9 through Sunday, June 11.
L.A. Care is a diverse and welcoming workplace that prioritizes health care quality, access and inclusion. About 125 L.A. Care employees and their guests will be on hand to march in the parade on Sunday, and staff an informational booth throughout the festival. Staff at the booth will provide free information on affordable insurance products for the entire family.
The festival is being held at Los Angeles State Historic Park. The parade, which is in Hollywood, will be broadcast live on ABC7. We invite everyone to tune in to Channel 7 on Sunday, June 11 at 11 am to help us celebrate the strength that diversity and acceptance bring to Los Angeles.
