Do I Qualify?

The Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC), as the employer of record, determines eligibility for PASC-SEIU Homecare Workers Health Care Plan.  In order to be eligible to participate in PASC-SEIU Plan, you must:

  • Live or work in Los Angeles County
  • Meet all of the employer's eligibility requirements
