Health Homes is a new Medi-Cal benefit set to start in Los Angeles County on July 1 that may benefit your patients.

This state mandate supports provider networks and promotes connections to social services, behavioral health and housing services to address and meet the needs of the high-acuity Medi-Cal population across L.A. County.
