Credentialing

L.A. Care has a more efficient, more convenient way for you to submit your credentialing information through a web-based credentialing application that may be completed on-line. The system was designed to move from paperwork to a more efficient on-line information database and was developed by the L.A. Care Staff in conjunction with representatives from our Plan Partners and Participating Physician Groups.

The easy-to-use streamlined database is a single repository for provider information to help reduce the redundancy of filling out multiple credentialing applications. Simple on-screen instructions will walk you through the entire process to ensure that the application is complete by flagging missing information required to meet NCQA/State & L.A. Care standards. The information you submit is maintained on a secure, HIPAA-compliant website and will be accessible only by the organizations you designate.
