L.A. Care continues to ramp up for the combined Medicare-Medicaid Duals Demonstration Pilot program slated to begin June 1, 2013. It is currently reaching out to all skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in the county to prepare for the influx of members who will need long term care. L.A. Care currently contracts with about one-third of the more than 300 SNFs in L.A. County. Maybe link to sign up? Have we done that already?
