Expect More Calls from Medicare Advantage (HMO SNP) Members

Call volume in your office may increase soon due to L.A. Care’s Passport to Good Health program that has rolled out to Medicare Advantage (HMO SNP) members. The program encourages plan members to bring their personalized report of 11 health measures to their next appointment to ensure appropriate lab tests, screenings or vaccinations. The intent of the program is to ensure members receive necessary medical care and to improve L.A. Care's customer satisfaction scores.
