LAC DPH Health Update: Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C)

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LAC DPH) issued a health update on July 18, 2020 to provide current information on cases of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) associated with COVID-19. Updated case counts, clinical information and actions requested of providers are discussed in this communication.

Providers are asked to report possible cases of Pediatric Multi-System Inflammatory Syndrome by phone within 1 working day.
