How to Join L.A. Care’s Provider Network

If you are a physician that is interested in participating in the L.A. Care network, you must work with an Independent Physicians Association (IPA) that contracts with L.A. Care. You should contact a few IPAs to determine which one best meets the needs of your practice.

If you work for a hospital or ancillary service provider wishing to join the L.A. Care network, you can submit a letter of interest to L.A. Care’s Provider Network Operations department via e-mail at ProviderRelations@lacare.org or fax it to 213-438-5732. An L.A. Care representative will contact you with information on the contracting process.
