What is the Healthy Families Program?

The Healthy Families Program offers low-cost health, dental and vision coverage for eligible children up to age 19. A family of four can earn up to $55,128 a year and may still qualify!

• Shots (immunizations)
• Dental and vision care*
• Mental health services
• Emergency room care
• Alcohol/drug abuse services, and more
  *Dental and vision services are provided through other plans.

How much will I pay?

Healthy Families members pay from $4 - $17 per child, per month, to a maximum of $51 per month for all eligible children in a family.

Monthly premiums depend on your family income, family size, and the health plan you choose.

There are $5 co-payments for most services. Some services like check-ups are free. The most a family will have to pay in co-payments for each benefit year (from July 1 through June 30) is $250.
