Eligibility Information

The Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC) determines eligibility for the IHSS Workers Health Care Program.  In order to be eligible to participate in the IHSS program you must be all of the following:

• Live or work in Los Angeles County
• Meet all of the employer's eligibility requirements
