Blue Cross of California

Blue Cross of California (BCC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of WellPoint, a publicly traded health network management and development corporation. Serving the needs of Californians since 1937, BCC, together with its branded affiliates, currently provides services to nearly four million members.

Blue Cross of California is a Plan Partner that serves Medi-Cal members.

Care 1st Health Plan

Care 1st Health Plan is dedicated to the Los Angeles County market. Care 1st offers an extensive provider network including primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals and ancillary providers committed to quality health care for our Medi-Cal members. Providers and staff are linguistically and culturally diverse. They are sensitive to the needs of the patient population we serve.

Community Health Plan (CHP)

The Community Health Plan (CHP) is a tri-county network of institutional and non-institutional health care providers. In addition to certain contractual reimbursement arrangements, these providers have agreed to design and follow managed care protocols that will reduce the cost of health care without jeopardizing the quality of that care or obstructing the patient/provider relationship.

Kaiser Permanente

Kaiser Permanente is America's largest not-for-profit health maintenance organization, serving 8.1 million members in nine states and the District of Columbia. An integrated health delivery system, Kaiser Permanente organizes and provides or coordinates members' care, including preventive care such as well-baby and prenatal care, immunizations, and screening diagnostics; hospital and medical services; and pharmacy services.
