Welcome Members! L.A. Care Health Plan is here to
serve you. We provide low-cost and no-cost, high quality health care coverage
in Los Angeles County.
Please pick the program you are enrolled in or want more information about:
Medi-Cal – A public program that covers
some low-income adults (like pregnant women, seniors, and persons with
disabilities) as well as children
Healthy Families
– Offers low-cost health coverage for children under age
19 years to families who qualify
Healthy Kids – Offers low-cost health coverage for children under age 19 years to families who don’t qualify for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families but meet other eligibility and income requirements
Medicare Advantage Plan
– Are you eligible for both Medicare and Medi-Cal? Choose
L.A. Care! L.A. Care is a health plan with a Medicare contract. We do
all the work for you.
All four programs have different
eligibility and income requirements.
