In Our Community

You can be a member of a Regional Community Advisory Committee if you are:

		A member of L.A. Care Health Plan
		A parent or legal guardian of an L.A. Care member
		An advocate who works for a community organization that serves L.A. Care members
		A doctor, nurse or other health care provider who cares for L.A. Care members

If you want to join a Regional Community Advisory Committee (RCAC)

1.		Select the type of member that you are by clicking on one of the titles below
2.		Fill out and submit the online application form
3.		You will receive a call from L.A. Care's Community Outreach and Education Department to let you know that we have received your application
