If You Need Interpreter Services
Interpreter services in your language are free, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
An “interpreter” is a person who helps you understand what is being said by the person who is giving you care. An interpreter also tells the other person what you said, but in the language that person understands.
Your doctor’s office, clinic or hospital cannot deny services because you do not speak English or have a disability.
You should not use children or family members as interpreters.
