Palmdale Family Resource Center

Welcome to L.A. Care’s new Family Resource Center in Palmdale.

The Palmdale Family Resource Center offers a broad array of free health and wellness classes to Antelope Valley residents. In planning for the Center’s new programming, L.A. Care sought input from community members to help identify and understand local health priorities. The Center offers classes on chronic disease management, prevention of asthma, diabetes and obesity and a variety of exercise classes that promote a healthy lifestyle. The 7,000 square foot center also offers assistance in applying for free or low-cost health care coverage to residents throughout the region. All of our classes and services are free and open to everyone – come visit us.
