Coping with Life Stressors Presented by Clinical Psychologist, Adriana Medrano
Coping with Life Stressors Presented by Clinical Psychologist, Adriana Medrano

Join us for this free workshop and group discussion to discover self-help techniques for dealing with stress. When stressful challenges occur, it triggers your body to respond with increased heart rate and panic symptoms. Stress can impair your immune system’s ability to fight against disease and increases the risk of physical and mental health problems. Learn the signs of stress and how to overcome it during this class.

This class is free and open to everyone.
