Cal MediConnect Information

Thank you for your interest in L.A. Care Health Plan.  We are excited about participating in Cal MediConnect, and we are in the process of preparing an infrastructure that will provide our members and providers with a high level of service. One of our top priorities is to create a comprehensive provider network that has the expertise and capacity to care for this population. This network will be developed over the coming months.
